Our services are broken down into the following two distinctly different engagement models.
- Direct Engagement Services (DES)
- Independent Consulting Services (ICS)
Direct Engagement Services (DES) is designed to support end-user organistaions, providing direct consulting and professional services from SpectroTech consultants. DES clients include end-user companies, government and military organisations.
Independent Consulting Services (ICS) provides support to service providers, systems integrators, product distributors and their channel partners. ICS enables organisations to service their customers with leading independent experts that will represent your company on all engagements. This enables your company to increase your service capability and capacity whilst maintaining your branding and direct client relationship at all times, rather than complete outsourcing to third-party companies. All documentation under ICS is provided to our clients in word format so that you can cut and past, remodel and rebrand before delivery to your customers.
